About the WEC indicators
These energy efficiency indicators have been prepared by Enerdata for the WEC Knowledge on Energy Efficiency with the support of ADEME.
By reviewing energy efficiency trends at world level, these indicators aim to help government decision makers and analysts monitor trends in energy use and CO2 emissions: they will allow for a better understanding of the impact that policy measures have had in each sector.
Around 50 energy efficiency indicators are proposed covering the main world regions and WEC member countries.
